Over the Raynbow
Lest you think Westernized Israel is the only Middle Eastern country with an appreciation for gay men, we present Lebanon’s colorful Raynbow organization.
Raynbow produces items for GLBT Arabs you will not likely find in any other Arab country. All profits go toward empowering GLBT individuals in the Arab world (aka, human rights).
In 2005, Raynbow launching a “hunk” contest and produced its first local studs calendar. The 2007 version can be purchased online (sample pictured). Not only will you be treated to Beirut’s finest babes, but you’ll help gays throughout the region overcome significant obstacles with each purchase.
Raynbow also offers a dazzling array of shirts, mousepads, buttons and everything but the gay kitchen sink. Go activism! And go hot Arab men!
