Mideast Piece

As you know from our Mission Statement, Mideast Piece is a lot more than an online peepshow of hot Middle Eastern men. We are activists at heart who – in both our personal and professional lives – seek to advance GLBT (gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans) rights and build GLBT community in a notoriously dangerous region for gays.

Mideast Piece was born out of the desire to connect gays and their supporters. Whether through culture, activism, tourism or personal perspectives, we are committed to bringing you fresh content throughout the week. Thus far, we have readers in dozens of countries around the world, including Oman, the Canary Islands and other places we’d have a hard time finding on a map. We’re bringing Arab and Jewish guest bloggers on board and adding new subject areas every month.

Despite our initial success, Mideast Piece is not content to rest on its laurels of ever-expanding “hits” and media attention. In the coming years, we aim to bring our mission to life through conferences, awareness and support campaigns, and capacity-building; however, to continue to pour our hearts and souls into this groundbreaking blog, we need your support.

Please consider making a small donation to Mideast Piece. In doing so, you demonstrate your support of our mission and commitment to building GLBT community around the world. All funds will help the site’s creators spend even more time adding fresh content, reaching out to and engaging gay bloggers, and fulfilling some of the dreams mentioned above.
